The staff was OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING, incredibly welcoming, and responded promptly to requests. Our room was newly decorated and new-fashioned and it came with the bath and a nice bathroom plus good comfy beds.

Can't wait to say thanks very much, would love to stay here again. The hotel is brilliant, has graceful staff and excellent inner courtyard views. The breakfast was satisfactory, we greatly enjoyed a wide range of meals. The location is unbeatable, not very far from Palazzo Bianco. The area is great short walk to the centre of town as well as a shopping street.

We loved our stay here. The breakfast was superb & parking was nearby. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Hotel's receptionist is one of the top employees! Genoa Historical Centre is a district that deserves exploring.

Within walking distance of many attractions due to excellent access to a port. Visiting cafes and eateries in the neighbourhood was easy. The location was marvelous, with Cantiere Goloso nearby, where we could eat: )
