Safe place to stay with satisfactory breakfast and knowledgeable staff. Excellent location in the tourist area, not far from the center and aquarium, trains to other local towns such as Camogli, San Margarita and Portofino and bay. And very close to a modern chain casino.

Gorgeous hotel in a domestic area close enough to Portofino, Cinque Terre and Pisa as well as the Cruise terminal in about 10 minutes. Great and handy location relatively near Bournemouth Beach.
There was no elevator.

The location was perfectly comfortable and handy, you can visit a victorian pier by walking. Being close to the train station was a bonus. The staff were really helpful from arrival to departure.
Had a problem with the airconditioner, it did not work.
