Gorgeous, fairly clean place with consistently courteous and always pleasant staff from the receptionist to the manager. A wide array of perfect food at breakfast time. Had double room with the balcony, toiletries, as example. Marvellous location right next to the harbour in a beautiful area.

Its location was stunning, near to Portofino which was gorgeous trail overhanging the sea, beautiful gardens and a wonderful view across the Italian Riviera and the ferry stop. The lunch in Trattoria dei Pescatori metres from the hotel had every choice imaginable. I was there for 2 nights and ate at casual restaurant for dinner.

The location was stunning and amazing, short walk to restaurants, shops and ferry, a Portofino and easy train trip or ferry to Cinque Terre and a bustling harbour. The morning meal was absolutely superb with hot included bacon and red wine. I spent here 2 great days and would stay there again.

I liked understanding staff, incredibly comfortable location. Delightful breakfast, helpful service. Exceptionally comfortable beds, air conditioning, dresser and separate lounge were a nice touch. Restaurant in hotel was top-notch and the pool area was heated. Visited few places in the center, just a short stroll away from the property.

Fabulous view of the sea from our room. The terrace was perfect for breakfast. Our hotel was close to tourist sites such as castello brown. The stuff was attentive in managing every request.
