It had unbeatable location not far from the central La Spezia, the Centre of la Spezia, a beautiful part of Liguria and the train station, about a 5 minutes walk. The personnel was excellent and very helpful.

A wonderful way to end my trip. Exceptionally comfortable accommodation with handy and perfectly comfortable location near to everything. Location near Cinque Terre or Portovenere, and centre and train to Cinqeterri. Lovely modern & neat rooms with fantastic shower, very decent decor and a great bathroom. Lots of fine food at breakfast time.

The breakfasts were always good with pastries, sliced cheese and great coffee. I booked large triple room here with a single bed, a great bathroom and fantastic shower. The location was handy and incredibly comfortable, at a moderate distance from Corso Cavour.

Everything was nice, best possible location really close to the train station and city, the main plaza, and the bus stations to Lerici, very pleasant experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful and very amiable and the owner too.

I really enjoyed being in this place. All in all everything was brand-new, had a wonderful stay for a 5terre visit. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the location was incredibly comfortable in pizzeria. It was also adjacent to centre and restaurant close to properly.

Superb base for 1 night in La Spezia, FAB hotel. Staff was very very nice, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to downtown. A railroad station walking distance to the venue, it was an extra bonus.
