Everything was great, fantastic location really close to a pedestrian street surrounded by many shops and restaurants, La Spezia before heading to the Cinque Terre, and the city centre of La Spezia, fairly nice experience. Tea, cookies, yoghourt, eggs, and cheese for breakfast where LOCAL. The stuff were very kind and nice and knew the area. The service was perfect with parking nearby.

Thank you for the good stay for one night. The units are spotlessly clean with the terrace. A balcony and climate control are available.
The bathrooms are inconvenient.

this hotel is equal to 3 stars. the accommodation was very clean, the room was big. breakfast offers lots of cheese, eggs, tea, coffee and cookies. we could cook our own meals in a common kitchen. free parking nearby was provided.
