Great and absolutely charming accommodation with nice setting next to La Spezia Centrale, train stations where the train to 5 Terre stops and grocery store. Newly remodelled and well-designed rooms with a microwave oven, climate control, and an individual safe, comfy beds. A huge variety of options for breakfast in the bar.

the hotel was located next to the nightlife, the marina, centre of town and all tourist destinations and the main train station. the location was excellent and unbeatable, with sempre pizza da toto nearby, where we could eat.

Thanks a lot for nice time here! Make sure to get triple room with safe, a single bed plus bathroom. All the staff members are amicable and great. The setting is good and incredible, next to centre of town and grocery store, free parking, train station, the city core as well as the sea port, calm area.

The rooms were fantastic, wonderful and with a single bed which was perfect for my travel needs. Extra facilities such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges were really useful. The location of the hotel was super and brilliant, next to a supermarket and shops. Was a nice base for trip.

The room was great-sized, loved the service, it was superb. Big suite and nice bed. The breakfast was satisfactory and there was plenty of fine food. Simply perfect location not too far from a historic castle.
So glad we choose it, it's wonderful base for staying in La Spezia. When we came, the host met us and was HELPFUL. Adjacent to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

It was a deluxe hotel. Great location & street views. Also, we were 1 mile from our favourite spot Piazzetta del Bastione. We had a deluxe queen room, and we appreciated it. The owner is friendly. We will certainly stay here again as everything met our requirements.
